Your mission, if you accept it:
 

• Perform repairs and maintenance on the road, on all products sold by Kubota Max Gagné & Fils
• Diagnose mechanical mysteries: Determine the nature of repairs and the time needed to make them
• Adjust, repair and/or replace defective parts using manual or mechanical tools
• Test repaired equipment to ensure that it is working properly
• Ensure equipment complies with the customer’s and manufacturer’s requirements
• Perform routine maintenance, remembering to clean and lubricate the equipment
• Respect the time allotted for repairs
• Work safely
• Clean the work area and keep shop equipment in good condition
• Fill out the documents requested, such as time sheets, warranty reports, etc., every day
• Perform all other related duties at the request of the immediate supervisor

 
Skills we’re looking for:
 

• Possess a DVS in mechanics (diesel, farm or construction machinery)
• At least 5 years of relevant experience
• Experience in diagnostics
• Knowledge of farm products or construction machinery
• Knowledge of Kubota products (an asset)
• Show independence, have a good team spirit and be skilled in troubleshooting problems
• Be customer service driven
